They did not tell me that they were no longer in network with my insurance company until after the third visit since this change happened. They only informed me when husband who was there for the first time questioned the bill they showed us. They did not offer any kind discount or reduction in the bill imspite of their error which was equal to over charging us through surprise in billing. 2 stars because the hygienists were very friendly and did a good job However beware - the office manager frequently tried to charge me more than what I owed for emergency treatment- the last one they tried charging me ~ $800 more than what I owed and only once I finally had had enough of them trying to do this (they had done it twice before) and threatened legal action did they correct their error. If you’re going to use them make sure you are double Checking the bills and healthcare laws
