Disappointing experience. We arrived at 4:30 pm, and despite the store closing at 5:00 pm, the older woman yelled at us to get out. She left my 6-year-old in tears. What was meant to be a fun shopping spree turned stressful and upsetting. A shop for children should be welcoming, not intimidating. Smiggle, please take customer feedback seriously. Never setting my foot there again.
During my visit to the store yesterday, the women working there was quite rude and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope management addresses this, as I’d like to have a better experience if I return in the future. We bought stuff for more than 300 dollars but her attitude was not tolerable.
The older woman working in this store was rude, ignorant and very demeaning Asked if we were alright after answering we were fine , she then repeated the same question several times, not sure why she was so rude but she did not communicate to any of us what the problem was Never shopping at a Smiggle store again
I came into smiggle this arvo desperately trying to find things for a craft project. Although I had come right at closing time, Liz was such a wonderful help and she searched the whole shop to find what I needed — even going above and beyond and offering tips for my project as she had done similar. 10/10 customer service from Liz!!!
