Go into Smiggle to by bag & a pencil case. Asked if I could put empty drink in there bin. Answer “Sorry policy doesn’t let us take rubbish in case it leaks” left without purchasing over priced bag & pencil case.
A very small and pokey store. If you take away the fact that there was about 40 styles of each item, the store only had maybe a dozen things in it - wallets, schoolbags, lunchboxes, pencil cases... that's it. Our kids have some Smiggle stuff already, but we struggled to find anything to get due to this lack of actual items - ie we already have one of the pencil cases, we're not buying another one in a different style. Was served by Jessica today, and she was so very bright and bubbly! Was more than happy to have a chat with us, showed us some of the newer stock that has come in & ask if we needed any further help! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 💗
