Excellent service! Laura, a member of the staff, was an absolute superstar. I was buying some gifts for my daughter’s birthday, but unfortunately, they didn’t have everything I needed in stock. Laura went above and beyond by calling several stores to help me complete the letters I was missing. Thanks to her, I got them all. Fantastic service—keep it up!
Great Experience at Smiggle Westpoint Blacktown I visited Westpoint last Thursday for some men’s shopping but stopped by Smiggle on the way and found a great backpack for my daughter. The staff member who helped me was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and all with a big smile. She quickly gave me the price, and I ended up buying the bag. Laura is exceptional. She is so welcoming and helpful. I would return multiple times because the experience has been so pleasant. ❤️❤️ not all Smiggle stores are the same especially when it came to staff. Had a terrible experience at other store.
