Came in with my daughter looking for a 2026 planner. The only staff member Felix was exceptionally helpful despite the store not selling what we needed he extended his help and knowledge to a nearby store which may have what we were looking for. His friendly helpful personality was a breathe of fresh air, we even hung around and brought a key ring for my daughter which again he was super helpful in ensuring the right letter was available and during this time he also served another customer with a friendly , professional atti... read more
The staff is not very friendly. They do not show respect to customers. When customers ask questions, they do not provide proper answers. Instead, they smile and make comments about the customers.
