Visited Smiggle at Rundle Mall on Boxing Day and had a wonderful experience. Sage was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and so patient despite how busy the store was. She was lovely with my 8-year-old daughter, helped us choose a great backpack at a good price, and even engaged kindly with my baby. She packed everything neatly with real care. Excellent customer service—thank you, Sage!

great, friendly staff and aesthetic store layout. the items are so cute and the customer service is fabulous. i was looking for a few presents and the staff were so helpful and lovely. they recommended things that really matched what i wanted and were very patient as well! will definitely be a regular gift store for me :)
Had a great experience whilst visiting this store, was looking for a gift and had no clue what to get. The manager was amazing she knew exactly what to recommend and I left feeling confident with my choices and I even got a free gift which was a lovely suprise. All the staff here are knowledgeable and know their stuff. Will definetly be returning next time I need to purchase a gift. Thank you 😁
The worker was very enthusiastic and didn't judge me for being in the snuggle store even though in a few months I will legally be able to drive! I enjoyed the slap bracelets and the army print Mickey mouse set! When I am inevitably drafted, I will being that set to war and use it as a shield. FIVE STARS!!
