They recognized a problem that could of gotten much worse for me. I am grateful for that and the hard work. The process on getting in was fast and easy. They care for you like you were their family. I appreciate all the hard work.
I also am looking to change providers after a rude phone conversation with someone. My 1st visit they actually set me backwards, causing my wound to not only get bigger but also more painful than when I went in. All around a bad experience.

The providers are wonderful, informative, compassionate professionals. However... after today, I'm done. They have the most hateful, rude,abrasive condescending, receptionist I have ever encountered! At first I thought if was just me until I met A few people who go there or used to go, they all 3 had the same experience with her. It's sad that such great dr and nurses have someone representing them so poorly! The first time I called to make an Appointment I almost changed my mind b.c of her attitude .... wish I would've.
