They keep you waiting forever and it's not a good place to get treatment. Especially nurses and docs.

I don’t understand how this department is still running. It has the most incompetently designed system I’ve ever seen. Nobody there to check me in, and after wandering the halls for several minutes, being told that there’s nobody there to do the exam for me. I’ll never go back. If they can’t figure out how to schedule patients, how can I trust them with my health?

The in-house radiologists are great. The front desk people and lack of automated services are the problem. I waited on hold for over an hour to try to get copies of my X-rays, at the number the automated voice message said to call on the line of the main radiology number. After an hour the office hung up on me! The automated voice message also said it was possible to get the records from the St. Elizabeth website, but there is no way to do that on the website!
