It's been near impossible to get copies of my ultrasound. The phone number mentions I can fill out a form on the website but does not mention what website and I cannot find the form on the website listed on the google page. Extremely frustrating.
They keep you waiting forever and it's not a good place to get treatment. Especially nurses and docs.

I don’t understand how this department is still running. It has the most incompetently designed system I’ve ever seen. Nobody there to check me in, and after wandering the halls for several minutes, being told that there’s nobody there to do the exam for me. I’ll never go back. If they can’t figure out how to schedule patients, how can I trust them with my health?
