I was a patient recently on Bcap I have been a nurse for 25 years I never was treated with such compassion. You can never gets ahold of anyone there,i waited 5 days to get a phone call to schedule surgery i had to call everyday the lack respect and integrity.
This is a good hospital, not great, just good. Nothing truly stands out. I have two big problems with the hospital. First is the parking. I have shown up 15 min early and got to my appointment late just from looking for a parking space. The second problem is the layout. The buildings were not designed, they evolved. PS, a few years later: The webpage is more designed to sell you than be useful as a source of information. The dead links and no general contact info does not help. College daughter was admitted after being roofied. They did one glucose test and that was it. No IV fluids, didn’t try to clean up her feet that were bruised and cut from walking across gravel. As soon as she woke up they were rushing her out the door. Because she’s a college kid and no one was with her, they figured they could do less than the bare minimum.
