I moved here in August and I have never dealt with a mechanic before. My car was breaking what feels like every month when I first moved here. They were incredibly nice to me, always returned my calls, explained to me in terms that I would understand, and fixed my car efficiently. I called them to ask what noise my car was making and they listened to it over the phone and helped me out. Edgar and the rest of the guys have been keeping my old Audi on the road with honesty, fair prices, and quick service for years now and I’ll never go anywhere else. Even though I moved to a different part of town I’ll still go out of my way to bring my car to SMG. Favorite shop ever, I would give 6 stars.
Initially called to ask about oil change pricing. Man on the phone was professional, polite, detailed and informative. Scheduled an appointment over the phone. Took my car first thing in the morning. They finished in about 30 minutes or less. Price is fair. They don’t overcharge you. I will be coming back for my next oil change.
came here for new brake pads, rotors, and ABS sensor. This guy hooked me up fast - I picked it up only 5.5 hours after I dropped it. Pep Boys or the other chains will have you waiting days for that service. Plus great prices. He even told me I needed new tires without pushing them on me. Definitely coming here again.
Once again, Smg Auto Repair came through with Fixing my car. They kept me posted all day long and they are very Knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to take my car to. If anybody needs their car fixed, this is the place to do it. Edgar handled me and my car yesterday he was terrific.
