Do not return calls or emails. After 1 month finally processed our manual payments but sure pay was set up so now we have been debited twice causing our bank account to go overdrawn. Cannot get any response. This company is a joke. Will be attending next board meeting of HOA to get them replaced.
Hate this one person company. Unprofessional communication, shared space for a shell office, just plain incompetence. They use the most difficult process to pay your monthly dues. Their website is a complete joke and looks like it’s from 20 years ago.
They want us to repaint the exterior of our house for no reason.
No one ever answers the phone. No one ever returns calls. I am a property manager and my tenant can't get into a community they manage because the gate isn't working. People are stuck, unable to leave or enter, and this is not the first time. The last time I wasn't able to get through to anyone either. What a nightmare for my poor tenant. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
