Thanks for the great Service and recommendation today! Shop local. Great job!!!!
They installed our new refrigerator and the water supply leaked and damaged our hardwood flooring. They've done nothing to fix the damage. Now, less than one year old, the refrigerator side quits and their one-and-only service tech is on a weeks vacation. So we're going to lose a lot of food in a week. And their response was to call Kitchen-Aid. They refused to make that call too. Worthless and useless. Never again.

RecommendedJust wanted to give a shout out! They were the only appliance place that did same day delivery! Going into a weekend with a birthday party planned was not going to be fun without a fridge. Kalen Baker was so awesome to work with. I told him what I wanted and he sent me some pics! Never even had to stop in the store! I will make sure to let everyone know what a great LOCAL store this is!

Worse experience I have ever had. Kitchen designer pays no attention to detail. Not who you’d want to design your kitchen. Go to the big box stores save yourself the frustration. This company has BBB complaints-obviously their customer service skills are nonexistent

After you taking us to court over this issue, the Court was ruled in Smetzer Kitchens Favor. You gave us the wrong dimension on your microwave, therefore the microwave did not fit in the cabinet.
