RecommendedWe just had our dishwasher and refrigerator serviced today. Calon was amazing to work with on getting parts ordered quickly and an appt. set-up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bob made the service call. He was very professional and wore protective PPE to keep my family and himself safe from the current pandemic. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Smetzer for all your appliance needs.
I am so glad that we purchased our washer and dryer and dishwasher at Smetzers and not at one of the big box stores. We had an ongoing issue with our dishwasher and Whirlpool and their authorized repair service center basically washed their hands of it bc they couldn’t find any faulty codes..... Well, Bob (Smetzer’s repairman) came out, spent so much time investigating and was so patient. He found the problem and fixed it!!! Smetzers truly care about and take care of their customers!!!
The team at Smetzer Kitchen & Appliance Center made kitchen remodeling a breeze...we were able to discuss options and use their display pieces to visualize the color combinations and Kalen was awesome at explaining the differences in materials such as laminate versus quartz countertops, appliance options, as well as the different cabinet options. I now have a kitchen to be proud of and want to show it off to all my guests!
Ahh the smell of laundry detergent greeting me when I came home from work yesterday. Thanks Bob for the speedy service on my washing machine! I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do laundry this weekend but you came through with fast and of course friendly service 😁

Kalen did an absolute amazing job at designing my Kitchen for me! I called inquiring about kitchen cabinets, Kalen came out the same day to measure, and had the design ready for me to see just a couple hours later!! Great quality, fast service, local supplier, and a Great selection!
