Douglas MacArthur Our A/C wasn't working properly and Matt from Smedley identified a leak ing A/C coil in our furnace. Our furnace is 19 years old so we coordinated with Smedley to replace the furnace and A/C coil as a unit. The salesman, Nelden did not pressure us to purchase the most expensive furnace or thermostat; in fact he recommended a creeper thermostat that would satisfy our needs and save money. Very friendly! Very friendly, arrived right on time and walked me through what was going on with my furnace so I could understand what parts my furnace needed. I will be a returning customer because I had such a great experience. I have seen other companies and will only use Smedley's from now on.
