Showed up on time, very professional, told me what to expect and didn't take long to get the job done. Would call them again if I had a problem.
The technician that installed our new water heater, Mike was really great. He was extremely polite and did excellent work. I would recommend Smedley to friends and family.
He arrived 15 minutes early and finished on schedule. Did exactly what he said he would do, and was very careful not to damage anything. He cleaned up after himself and took all the old pipe with him. I have already recommended him to others. It was a very good experience.

I just wanted to say that Smedleys is so lucky to have employees like Brett and Grady working for them! They are awesome!
My furnace went out late at night, and I called first thing in the morning and they sent out someone right away. He was so kind and understanding and certainly did not pressure me to buy the most expensive one in fact he told me that for my home, it would be overkill!
They responded quickly when my furnace was not working properly. They did not rush the job, did a great job. Glad to have heat again!
