Just want to give a shout out to the office staff and technician, Matt, for quickly arranging to come to my home today to replace a broken water heater. Literally from the time I called to the time Matt arrived was less than an hour. I'm no novice at plumbing and was impressed with Matt's work. They replaced my old water heater during an extremely busy period over the Columbus Day holiday. When the old water heater went out, they were the first company to fit me into their schedule. The bid was reasonable, even better than other companies I contacted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
Everyone was so great, hardworking, pleasant and efficient. I had a lot of questions about all of it and the guys were very patient and gladly answered all of them. I am really enjoying my new furnace and AC, thanks again TO ALL OF YOU for the great service.
They did a great job. I needed my furnace repaired and another company said I needed the furnace replaced. Smedley came out , had proper parts for the project and was able to repair it for a fraction of the cost. Thank you!!
