Never work there. Well, not in billing. If the boss has been there 24 years, the supervisor for 12, and no other employee stays for more than two because they either quit or get fired... that's a top down issue. The turnover ratio (at least in that department) is so huge, it's insane. It's a shared opinion. A zero would be worth it but I have to at least choose 1. Avoid billing if you work there. They don’t accept Tricare and will send you sneeky bills in the mail. Tacking on late fees and no follow up emails or phone calls.
This has to be one of the sketchiest medical suppliers I have ever dealt with. Got a bill from them out of the blue for a foot brace after an urgent care visit. Went to the website listed in the bill to pay it -- website sends a 403 error -- does not exist. Figured it must have been a spam bill. Got another bill a couple months later saying I was now late. my wife doctor told us to install a brace, in the office no one knows the price, by common sense the doctor was guessing should be market price. we signed a paper for the brace, no price on the paper. now we got an overpriced bill, not to pay? then collector, then impact our credit score. My mother had a bill for a hand brace and they did not file her bill correctly, sent it to collections before I got it and refused to correct it now I have to pay the bill. My mother is on Medicate. Very unprofessional.
