I have a RAT problem. And I’m dealing with it as best as I can. But when a dead RAT comes into the basement and dies it STINKS. I need the rat to be removed ! I have been requesting for the removal of this stinky rat for over two weeks. No one has come and it is still there! I keep my windows open and a fan going but the smell is unpleasant and offensive. I don’t know why management can’t get into the basement and just remove the stinking Rat.
