I've just completed 2nd year with One Guard warranty. We've had to call for repair service a few times and have always had quick responses and been completely satisfied with the work. We hav used some of the services too, like AC tune up and carpet cleaning. The price is competitive with deals like grouping and the work has always been first rate.

One Guard has been a fantastic company. They arrange superb companies to diagnose and fix any problems or maintenance needs that come up and are covered by the warranty. I just love them.

I had this company as my home warranty provider for 3 year in 2 different properties. They have a good online system to complete all claims and with my primary home, there were some repairs required that contractors complete on a timely manner. The last problem that I had was with my AC unit and they contractor that was sent I believe overpriced the job because they claimed the part was different from the original and had to be replaced for a different one. The company contacted me after posting a negative review. They were apologetic about my experience, sensitive to my concerns and committed to improving communication with customers on plan changes in the future. They made the situation right and I am pleased with the outcome. To reiterate, I have been pleased with the service providers contracted by One Guard.

The best home warranty company!!! My name is ***** and i purchased my home back in may 2015. I love this company they have save me some much $$. In July my A/C went out! And I live in Arizona so it was scortching! One guard sent some one to my home that day. The service from the A/C guy was exceptional an he was very quick! I easily saved $500 on that repair. I moved into a condominium 3 months ago and had 2 separate issues. Overflowing toilet, and a leaky dishwasher. I contacted One Guard each time, and their service was amazing. The toilet issue was addressed the same day, the dishwasher in 3 days, because it was Christmas. Service providers called prior to arriving, identified themselves, arrived on time and in each case, resolved the problem the day of service. Prompt, courteous, competent service is very difficult to find these days.

I am writing again to state the OneGuard really tried to remedy my complaint against them. They went above and beyond what is stated in the contract in order to make things right with my complaint. Even though I haven't been super satisfied overall, I'll still renew again since I have had to make numerous claims and they end up paying for what is covered in the contract. I'll say thanks to Sam at OneGuard for working hard to rectify the situation.
