I had the be claim with this company. My microwave stopped working. They were very professional and had a repair person out the next day. However, the microwave needed to be replaced. They gave me theee options to replace, once I decided it did take a week to install the new microwave. The delay was because they needed to order and then the service providers opening. I was very satisfied with service.

I got the Oneguard warranty when I purchased my home. Their service providers have been great. Timely and professional. I have renewed twice since I have been so happy. Highly recommend them!

I had a plumbing issue shortly after buying my home. It was fast and the technicians were very friendly. The warranty was a gift from the seller, o plan to renew my coverage.

I have had One Guard for 5 plus years. I have had other warranty companies, but One Guard is by far the best. I would recommend getting your home warranty with them. They do care and the contractors for service know what they are doing. There customer service is excellent because they care.

Every time we have called One Guard for service, they have been EXTREMELY polite, friendly, helpful and professional!!!! To top it off, I have called to thank them for every service tech from the various companies they have sent to us, as we found them to be EXCEPTIONAL at what they do!!! Not only that, but they have ALL been the nicest, most helpful and professional service technicians we have ever used !!! Each and every one seemed to go above and beyond with whatever needed to be done.
