This was a NIGHTMARE!! He took 6 weeks to complete our appraisal, which caused us to miss our first closing. Once the appraisal was submitted he required work to be completed that was already up to code. Costing the seller of the property money and increased our closing costs. Missed our second closing due to the repairs he stated needed completed. Now we are currently on our 3rd closing, however, we now owe more money because we have to rush the closing to get a lower interest rate, due to it expiring because of all this. H... read more
