Dr. Willis and staff are so good at what they do. I started the Invisalign treatment in December 2018, and they have done everything to get me going on the right track. Update: This practice is currently being sold and it is very difficult to place an appointment or get continued treatment for current services. I had to look for another orthodontist to complete my Invisalign treatment.

One star is far too generous for this incompetent business. They do not return phone calls, promptly process payment and have proved entirely incompetent as processing insurance payments. Do not be deceived by any flashy deals; you get what you pay for. I would not send my worst enemy to this place for services of any kind. Unfortunately, my family is still required to deal with them until we can close out a simple process that should have done months ago. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This review is a reflection of the lack of client service I have received and my ongoing treatment as a Smashing Smiles patient paying out of pocket for Invisalign. As an initial matter, when my invisalign trays arrived in October 2018, the office did not contact me to notify me. I called the office around week five or six as I had been informed that the trays take five weeks to arrive. When I called, I was informed that my trays had already arrived.
