Flying from Chicago to San Antonio
Prices are reasonable for an airport outlet. Black bean burger was ok, although they forgot my grilled onions. They only take your first name and there were two of us there with the same name, so we ended up with the wrong orders. Staff was going through the motions.
I had an awesome experience at Smashburger today! Christian went above and beyond with his customer service — he was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in making sure customers have a great experience. The food was delicious, but Christian’s attitude and professionalism really stood out. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
First time trying a breakfast sandwich at this chain. The bacon, egg and cheese was delicious. Served hot and fresh. Short wait tiime. Typical airport atmosphere.
