Execelente servicio del personal
Good food. Unfortunately they seem to be bent on driving themselves out of business. Can't even add stuff to a kids burger? Even if you pay? No substitutions on anything? I get that costs are high in CA, but if I'm willing to pay for things then I'm predicting failure. Sad, as I hate seeing small owners fail.
Customer service is horrible at this location! Went on a Wednesday with my kid and got charged for his kids meal!
April 2025 For anyone who’s ever had an actual smash burger, this isn’t it. It’s a good burger but it’s as thick as a Mc Donald’s sausage patty and has no crispy edges. The food loses 2 stars for not being what is advertised and an anemic serving of fries. The service loses 2 stars because the folks there were lethargic. The atmosphere loses 2 stars for being in a food court which is not a great dining experience.
The food here at the Mission Viejo location is very good in my opinion. The chain uses quality ingredients and they prepare the food carefully. I would have given them 5 stars if they had been a little more generous with the frys. I've eaten here a few times and always feel like they should give you a just a little more frys for the money. I like the "Smash Frys" with rosemary and garlic. This location is in a food court and so it is often busy and a bit noisy other than that it's not a bad atmosphere.
