Amazing customer service, very helpful :)
Longer than normal wait and super greasy food
We had an awesome experience at Smashburger! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the kindness of the staff. The lady who took our order was incredibly sweet—she gave my pregnant wife a free drink cup and treated her like she was the most important person in the world. That kind of thoughtful, genuine service means a lot. We’ll definitely be coming back!
