Only giving 2 stars because the staff member was nice. I went in as a walk on not expecting much as it’s a cheaper salon. Just wanted a wash and dry. The appointment started with the associate not being able to give me an accurate price quote. Then we’re headed to the shampoo bowl where she scratched my forehead and all along my scalp with her nails as they were jagged. After that was done to get me to lift my head so she could rinse the back she didn’t ask she just grabbed all my hair in one hand and pulled up. While drying... read more
