Mrs. Cleo does an amazing job! Its almost as if she can read my mind.
My stylist Ms. Cleo is very knowledgeable and professional.
I went to this location 3x before today and they were closed every time. They do not post their hours anywhere on the storefront. Today, 4th attempt, I walk in at 5:58pm. The cage/door was open but they quickly started pulling it down and said it was too late to buy anything because they already closed out and shut down. - apparently supposed to close at 6:00pm. I wonder if the owner is aware of the way these employees run the store. All I wanted to buy was one shampoo, a quick purchase. I will NOT be going back again.
