Believe me when I tell you its the management.I worked for this woman for 3 years after Smartstyle franchised and thats all that I could take.Prior to her it was corporate and Was with them for 8 years and it was a wonderful experience.She is not a stylist and has not a single clue what she is doing and is too good to take any constructive criticism.Do not blame the poor stylists that had no clue what they were getting themselves into.i can go on and on.We worked hard for our licenses and she is just a slum lord.

Made an appointment a few days in advance. Sadly they were not open. An employee at this store told me that the hours the salon is open are very erratic. I wish they would have had the common courtesy to call me and tell me they couldn’t honor my appointment. Avoid them.
