I walked in without an appointment expecting a wait but I was greeted right away and directed to a chair. The young lady was very kind, asked plenty of questions to find out what I wanted and when I asked if we could go shorter and apologized for being a pain, she said no apology necessary. I will go as short as you want. You tell me where you are comfortable. She was trying to start off conservative which I appreciated. She did a great job!

Makena is literally the only stylist I will let near my head with a pair of scissors! She always listens to exactly what I want and does a PHENOMENAL job!!! Plus she's great company throughout the service!!
