The actual haircut itself was ok but the stylist kept trying to get me to talk about politics and when your hair is in someone else's hands it not easy to disagree with them. Very uncomfortable.
Stylist, Donna did a great job, she has yrs of experience! Not thrilled to see the $3.95 OSHA fee the franchise charges for some Windex to clean with, but that's none of her fault. Went there for wm employee discount, which was not a discount after OSHA fee!so The fee they charge: it just comes out of a tip, which stylists rely upon to survive. Don't let Charmaine cut your hair. She'll chop it up and if it's long, she tries to cut it all off! She has a nasty attitude. Don't do it!
Never went there..have clippers do my own hair..do every month in warm weather 2 to 3 months in winter
