I was a walk in and taken immediately. I had a very pleasant experience.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Walked in to my appointment feeling bad about my hair and looking like "I woke up like this" Left feeling beautiful and refreshed. Great place if you're looking for a knowledgeable advice on styling and the hair care to follow. Very polite and kind service, Margarita washed, and fixed my hair. Nothing like other places. Excellent experience here in 7 years of searching since we moved to Springfield. Definitely coming back!!!!

I would go back to this place again. Spent over a hundred dollars and result is awful. I could do better job. If I have known it's going to look like that, I would just have done it myself. Never again....
