Our experience was beyond top tier!! Charla was amazing!!! She helped my ASD kid with his sensory issues so much and she made us feel like family from the moment we walked into the door, plus she’s just really amazing at her craft! His hair looked fantastic when she was done!! This was his first hair salon experience and she made him so happy he can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for giving us not just a hair cut great start to an amazing birthday for my kiddo! You’re a true “Sparkle”!😉
Fantastic!! Charla is just the best! I picked an all over color that I decided I didn’t like. Stopped by the next day to discuss it and she said “ we can fix it right now” Love the results. Salon is very clean, and I would recommend Charla and this salon to anyone!
Heather truly cares about the quality of service she delivers. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results and checked in several times while working on my cut and foils. If you had a bad experience her before , give it another chance. New management has really cleaned up the salon and the experience.
I had an amazing experience! I went in with long hair and decided to make a big change by cutting it short. Normally, a change like that would make me nervous, but my stylist Charla immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions and didn’t disregard any of my concerns. I haven’t gotten a haircut without feeling negative emotions until today. Thank you Charla!
Misty was my stylist once again and she did amazing as I knew she would!! She is not only a great stylist she is a beautiful person ! I will continue to go to smartstyle as long as she is there ! 💕
