Had an appointment scheduled online. Arrived a few minutes before appointment time and both ladies working were busy with other people so I sat down and waited. While waiting I ran to restroom and returned and continued waiting. Never once was I even acknowledged to exist or greeted or asked what I was there for. A group of ladies came in after I did to which they were acknowledged and even one was started as soon as one of the stylists was done with a customer.
