She was very polite and experienced! Showed her what I wanted and she asked all the right questions and got to work!! Finished in about 25 minute and I was out! Exactly what I wanted in a haircut!!

The appointment was with Yadira..she looked like she was in rush...took 2 other clients..even one without appointment...I had done my mini retouch before so I scheduled with Cynthia...as I left I noticed she h e didnt remove the paint around face..had to go back across town to have it removed...as Cynthia is doing it she informs me they will not do what I had done..waste of product...service horrible..people rude
