I book an appointment for 1:30 pm. Arrived at the store and was told oh the scheduling system must be doing intervals of 5 minutes. It'll be about 30 minutes before we can get you in. So I sat and waited, at the 20 minute mark I said I was going to stretch my legs. Came by 5 minutes later and still just the same people in the shop as before.
