I showed up for my appointment this morning, March 7, 2026. I was originally scheduled for 9AM, and nobody showed up until 10 after. At that time, I checked in, and she told my my appointment was at 9:20, when it was originally for 9AM. Then she told me she couldn't see me until 10AM, when there was only one person ahead of me. The barber was in my opinion very unprofessional with my child , he’s. 3years old and has had very few cuts , my son was there for a blending up top and a fade on back and sides , the barber said to my three year old “if you don’t sit still and keep moving imma have to put that grip on you” “if u make me cut my finger , your mama gon have to cut your hair herself.” That’s something you don’t say to a baby , he was impatient with my 3 years old and was upset at the fact my son kept wiping the hair trimmings off his face and t... read more

I walked in at 9. Person set my appt for 9:30 for shampoo only. At 9:45, I asked about timing and was told appt time doesn’t matter, it’s based on when they finish with the prior person and they hadn’t even started their cut. I left,
