Scheduled an appointment for a certain time was almost hour before they got too me it wasn't on them it was the customers that had appointments before me that didn't show up on time but besides that the experience was great they listened clearly for what I wanted for a hair cut and how I wanted it if it wasn't for the almost hour delay I would've gave 5 stars
