The only reason I give 2 stars is for the young lady that did my hair (this hair is a mess in it's own). My silk press does not look like nor feel like a silk press. I have had them many times and know how it supposed to feel and look. I ASKED for a deep conditioner just to help out the stylist, but I'm guessing that the products that was used didn't work for my course, dry, thick natural hair. I inquired of the prices and was told by stylist that those prices posted on wall are for white peoples. I told stylist l was going to notify smartstyle of the price difference and they should post prices for black hair. I through l was getting the $19.50 posted, but my charger $56.97. I did complain paid. I check my receipt later and saw miscellaneous service $49 and trim 7.97. So, l figured this was the black prices.
