I had the best experience.. EVER! I wanted something dramatically different. Kristen is amazing! I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive at first. The staff made me completely comfortable. They were all nice and polite. Kristen took her time with me and she made sure I was happy with the end result. She even stayed late and did an outstanding job. So far had great customer service speaking with Lori I was very descriptive on what I needed and she was very friendly and more than happy to refer me to the hair stylist she felt would suit my needs... Gave her my availability times and she helped me very professionally with who and when I should contact...
