If there is a zero star that’s what they would be getting. the lady completely messed my sons hair up after I told her specifically what I wanted done she did the opposite. Now my 7yo has to go to school with a messed up hair cut. Thanks!
I went in to have my hair lightened to the last level (7 to 9) since I wanted to make sure it was an even blonde - and she completely DESTROYED my hair! My hair was totally fried after her bleaching (I assume she used a 40 vol. developer - way too high) then she "toned" it and left splotches of peach that she said she couldn't get out, so she just toned it a "darker" blonde. Got a perm, one rod keep falling out told her all she said was I know. Didn't fix it so had a straight part in my bangs. Went back to have manager redo, way tighter curls then the rest of my hair and some of the perm solution must have gotten on the other part of my hair so it took the curl out. So fix one spot and screwed up another. NEVER GOING BACK, MY HAIR IS SO MESSED UP.
