I just called to get a wash, deep conditioner, and blow dry (no curls) for today at 5:30 and was informed they only do “haircuts” after 5. I think asked why was this not stated on the web and was told they do not control what is put on the web. Very bad customer service; especially when people work until 5:0.
Beverly Tennyson gave me the worst experience ever! When I first walked in she asked me what are you getting. I said a want some curls, she said I don't do that but the lady over there does and she has 5 people in ahead of you, I asked her what are you doing right now she said nothing(later I figure out why the other person had 5 clients and she had non) so I asked her you don't know how to do a rod set she said what are you talking about show me a picture.
