This manager is a joke Rachel leaves the shop at least five times while my stylist is doing my hair an trash over flowing to the floor its just a mess. I love my stylist an how she did my hair. A good stylist is hard to come by. So while i was getting my hair done the manager left so much that the person doing my hair was left to answer phones wait on customers. I regularly get my eyebrows waxed here every so often. I have gotten shampoo and conditioner here that does wonders to help my hair (I have dandruff) and I only get the brand here as they have it in stock whenever I need it. I'll continue to be a patron of this shop into the future.

I brought my boyfriend there for a simple hair cut which was terrible and if i wasn't correcting while she was cutting it would've been worse then it was. Her name was Stacey . The store was a mess there was piles of hair everywhere and under where he was sitting. While cutting his hair she even had someone come in to visit standing talking while of course not cutting his hair. There were 3 or 4 other people just hanging out that were walmart employees.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited at the counter for ten minutes without being acknowledged. The girl who was with a client completely ignored me. When I arrived there was two younger people also waiting who walked away for several minutes and then came back. When the employee who had been outside smoking finally came back the other lady informed her that 2 kids where ahead of me. This is the first time I've gotten my hair cut at this salon. The lovely woman who cut my hair is Stacee. She did an amazing job and was so friendly. This woman seriously deserves a raise for what she had to put up with from me. I have extremely thick hair and she took her time and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much and I will most certainly be coming back. :)

Well me and my daughter went smart styles at 1020 Am, they opened up at 10. Well it's 515 pm and the girl still isn't done doing my daughter's hair.. We just wasted our whole freaking day.. Wouldnt of thought that getting my hair done and my daughter's would take this long. Not a happy customer.. Will not come back. Not to mention the highlights I got done to my hair you can't even tell.. But at this point I just want to get the hell out of there. Such a friendly bunch of stylist. Actually found a stylist that I really like (Rachel) great lady and she understands what I want done. She done a fantastic job. Second time I saw her in a week. She will definitely will be my stylist from now on. Love her work.
