I booked an appointment with Kayla yesterday, and when I came in today, they weren't even open. I was exactly on time, at 10:15 AM. It was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional to waste my time. After asking around, apparently they do this to customers often. I feel like it was a blessing in disguise; if they're this unprofessional towards their customers, I wouldn't want them to touch my hair.
I scheduled a appointment and showed up but no one was here. Very dissatisfied
