5 Star I enjoy going into Smart Styles. The ladies are always very nice, and up front about a service. My stylist always lets me know if something is going on or if something has changed. She gave me the number to the shop so, when I wanted to come in and couldn't get ahold of her, I could call the shop and find out her schedule. I always have an amazing cut, color, and style. I love it!

I'm not from around here but recently moved here and I'm VERY picky about my hair but I decided to take a leap of faith and go to Smartstyle and Charla cut my hair and did an amazing job. I wound up going back a week later and got a little more cut off. I showed her a couple of pictures of how I wanted it and she made my hair look as amazing as the pictures. I brought my husband here all the time for a trimming only and coloring his hair and beard and usually we pay around $54 but yesterday they charge us for $74 which im so shock. Never go back again
My son went to Smart Style for a basic haircut on 3/16/17. The gentleman, Perry who cut his hair left three nasty cuts on the right side of his neck; one about 1 inch, another about 4 inches long, and the last one about 5 inches long. Perry then told my son the cost of the haircut and implied him leaving a tip...WHAT?!?! My son being only 18 years old paid for the neglect of this stylist.
