Got my son's hair cut and the hair stylist did a piss poor job and ill never come back again my suggestion is that you can get your hair cut better some where else

Hello everyone I am The manager Of this location. My goal is make everyone walk away with beautiful hair and a great experience. Sorry for some of the bad experiences in the past which was most likely due to being short staffed at times. We do not mean for long wait times but it happens because we aim to give the one in our chair their time to shine. Thank you for your business and hope to see everyone again soon.
Not good about customer service. Go in, get put in system, told you can walk around while waiting. Come back when your supposed to, sit unacknowledged for half an hour. Go walk around again and lose your spot because your not sitting there. Ridiculous. Will not visit again.
Awesome stylists who really help you find a new look! :)
