Bought Kenra Shampoo and Conditioner, used it one time, did not have a good smell and not for my hair type. Went back 2 days later to exchange after one use. The rude girl told me due to Covid and it was on sale she can’t exchange. For one this is a product they carry all the time, all I wanted to do was exchange and pay the difference, secondly there were NO SIGNS stating no returns due to Covid. Now I am stuck with a project I paid for and can’t use, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
a stylist by the name of Cassandra cut my 13 year old son's hair. The haircut was paid for by my husband because whether or not we get good service we pay for the service. He came home to talk to me and my son walked in in tears.
