I absolutely love going to the smart styles hair salon inside the Walmart in la grande Oregon. My hair stylist is chrisheena Bullard she is amazing at colors and hair cuts. I 110% trust her to do my hair. I recommend her every time I get a compliment on my hair. She is the only person I trust to do my hair. She’s the absolute best! 10/10 recommendations.
