LISA butchered (an insult to butchers) my sister's hair! It looks HORRIBLE! When I first saw it, I thought she had cut it herself! I asked her why she didn't get LISA to fix it. She said that LISA refused to fix it and had a very bad attitude! My sister was forced to pay for it, even though LISA wouldn't fix it. The manager told her to call corporate because NO ONE was going to fix it!! They won't return her money OR fix her hair! How AWFUL!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! This is the worst place to ever get your hair cut at! I will never GO BACK! I wasted 18.00$!!! All I wanted was a simple cut but no!! She couldn't do that! DONT EVER GO HERE TO GET YOUR HAIRCUT! They will fuck your shit up!
