Started renting here a year ago and have had a great experience until the past couple months. My rent has slowly gone up and now nearly doubled since I started renting, look on the website and the same unit at the same location double the size of the one I have is 40$ cheaper then what I pay monthly. Quality of the property has gone downhill, exit gates been broken for a while now so you gotta do a 7 point turn in their tight alleyway to turn around and leave out the entrance gate everytime.
