We were looking for a storage place for my son who goes to the University of Delaware. They were wonderful at the store offering month-to-month deal. Very convenient to the school. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for storage.
Another year for between semesters for my Univ Delaware student and these folks are wonderful. Welcoming to the students and the parents. Friendly try care about their customers and the experience. We have rented three years now and continue to come to SmartStop even though there are multiple competitors nearby, the people here make the difference.
Both Christie and Katora were wonderful to work with. Showed me a few different storage units before having to decide. Very clean and well kept premises. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this storage facility. My new rental month started on August 7. I called to let them know that I was moving out on August 10, and that’s when I was told that I would be charged for the entire month. I was also told that if I had moved out just one day earlier, on August 9, I would have been prorated for the two days. What is frustrating to me is that I was not aware of this cutoff.
