I had a great experience in completing all the requirements nad the facility is super clean and convenient. Cassandra was very helpful and professional who guided me to have a smooth onboarding and checkout
Overall this place is good except if you’re looking for a storage unit that raises the prices on you every few months!!!! I started this under under $100 I’m at almost 140 now …so frustrating and the unit beside mine smells like something is dying and they did nothing to address it. Will be shopping around

This review is mainly to highlight the excellent customer service by Emmanuel! The storage units are exactly what you expect, nice and clean and everything, but the highlight of my experience was the amazing customer service. It was my first time moving anything into storage and I don't drive and I was really struggling navigating it all, and he helped me so much!! Thanks!!
Very friendly staff, Emmanuel I believe his name was. Easy going. Straight forward and wonderful to deal with. Cheap storage unit that works perfect! Thanks for the great service buddy!
